I will appreciate the fact that I took a little time myself to explain to the House the initiatives I took in trying to put together some rules for electing our representatives to the East African Legislative Assembly. I appreciate the fact that the House listened to me, and I further thank you for the support you gave me. But let us make sure that this is not going to be the habit.
