I have difficulties, therefore, to understand why, all of a sudden, there was a shortage of petroleum products upcountry when, indeed, there were enough petroleum products at the storage facilities and the East African Oil Refineries. Could the Minister dispel the feeling that the shortfall was stage-managed to fast-track the awarding of certain contracts by KPC?"
