If this Government has any conscience, then, obviously, it ought to put in place measures that will reverse the current situation urgently. As we speak now, if you look at the premises of the Kenya Railways Corporation, they are so forlorn. The rolling stock is also wasting away. What urgent measures is this Government taking to begin the recovery of the operations of the Kenya Railways Corporation?"
