    "content": "Order, Mr. Kamama! There are procedures. If Mr. Kimunya wants to make a Personal Statement on that matter, he can do so under Standing Order No.69 after clearing with the Chair. So far, I have not been approached by Mr. Kimunya. The issue is simple. It is that Mr. Owino gave a list of directors, one of whom was Mr. Kimunya, and Mr. Kamama gave a list of directors on which Mr. Kimunya's name did not feature. Therefore, the Clerk of the National Assembly is to verify who between the two hon. Members was telling us the truth. It is only an independent person like the Clerk of the National Assembly who can do that. Therefore, he is going to give us this information on Tuesday and we dispose of the matter. Mr. Owino will then be given an opportunity to ask only one question. So, the Question is deferred to Tuesday."
