It is the responsibility of the company to intensify its marketing and sales strategy in order to compete with other private lotteries. The role of the Government is to provide an enabling environment to all operators in the lottery sector without discrimination. Kenya Charity Sweepstake is, therefore, accorded the same treatment as other private lottery operators."
