Whereas we acknowledge the contribution of the Kenya Charity Sweepstake to various sectors of this economy, the Kenya Charity Sweepstake has licensed more than 100 kiosks in Nairobi. But the operators cannot operate their businesses because of Government discrimination. Could the Vice-President and Minister for Home Affairs tell us why the Government is discriminating against those operators?"
