    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I have been very clear in my answer that Nakuru Water and Sanitation Services Company is registered under the Companies Act as a private company limited by shares. That is why we did not stop them from doing whatever they did. As I said, the company must comply with the provisions of the Companies Act by ensuring those changes. Up to now, the Registrar of Companies cannot revoke anything until those changes are filed. However, up to now, they have not been filed."
