My understanding of a company is that if that change has not been registered with the Registrar of Companies for a whole year, and dividends have been declared at the end of the year, because it is more than a year, it means that maybe even the profit is being looted by those councillors and other people who have come into play. Could the Assistant Minister table a list of the shareholders and their shareholding, so that we know who owns what, because this may go on in perpetuity?"
