    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the matter is very important. I also agree with Mr. M'Mukindia that the Ministerial Statement was not too long. I am happy that the Minister endeavoured to explain the matter at length. He is actually creating peace even by the announcements he has made here. In the evening, the Kenya Broadcasting Corporation and other radio stations will be airing this message to the people. So, it is important that the Minister has taken that long to explain what has happened, and what measures the Government has put in place to resolve the issue."
