He says that a contract sum has been varied from Kshs800 million to Kshs10 billion, while we know fully well what transpired? This is in the public domain. We know how the law was followed. Secondly, the hon. Member is mentioning the name of somebody who cannot defend himself in this House. Could he, please, substantiate?"
