    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to tell His Excellency the Vice-President and Minister for Home Affairs to tell the Attorney-General that, like the Bible says: \"There is a time for everything\", there is a time to laugh and a time to weep; there is a time to give birth and a time to bury, and so on. So, the Attorney-General must know that there is a time for him to roll up his sleeves and be serious. I am saying so because the problem is right inside his Ministry. I have evidence of an incident which I drew his attention to, where there is a clear case of collusion."
