However, is it not, indeed, shameful for Ministers from the same Government, one saying that \"with effect from 1st March, 2007\" while the other saying with \"effect from 1st February, 2007\"? They both stick to their guns. Each one of them says: \"It is me who is supposed to say and not you!\" Is it not shameful?"
