    "content": "The following Papers were laid on the Table:- (i) Annual Report for the period 1st January to 31st December, 2006, in respect of prosecutions of Anti-Corruption and Economic Crimes-related cases pursuant to the provisions of Section 37 of the Anti-Corruption and Economic Crimes Act No.3 of 2003. (ii) The Quarterly Reports of the Kenya Anti-Corruption Commission pursuant to Section 36 of the Anti-Corruption and Economic Crimes Act setting out the number of reports made to the Attorney-General under Section 35 of the Act and other statistical information relating to the reports for the following periods:- (a) First Quarterly Report covering the period January to March, 2006; (b) Second Quarterly Report covering the period 1st April to 30th June, 2006; (c) Third Quarterly Report covering the period July to September, 2006; and, (d) Fourth Quarterly Report covering the period October to December, 2006. (iii) Legal Notice No.38 of 20th March, 2007, issued pursuant to the provisions of Section 9 of the Treaty for the Establishment of the East African Community Act, 2000, notifying of the amendment to the Treaty and the effective date of the amendment."
