    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am very concerned with the part of the answer by the Assistant Minister which says that a rumour is circulating in the area that there are potential witnesses who are scared of volunteering information, and that the rumour is being investigated. The Assistant Minister further says that, if necessary, he will take action under the Witness Protection Act. Does that not imply that there are persons in this country and in that constituency who are more powerful than the police and people are scared of them?"
