However, the Act does not require a Report to be made public. There are very many things that the Government does using public funds that are intended for Government consumption to help us take care of the public. It is the responsibility of the Government to take care of the public. This Report has made very pertinent recommendations and we think it will not be necessary to discuss them in public."
