    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I was saying that as Government and leaders, we need to challenge ourselves to provide leadership to our people. In the whole world, the difference between the poor and the rich people is the kind of leadership that wananchi get from their leaders. If we truly want to reduce poverty in our country and improve the quality of our people's lives, it is incumbent upon the Government to provide the conducive environment, policies and leadership that will make that difference. If we continue to be leaders who prey on and exploit our people, then we will have nobody to blame, but ourselves. We will continue to lead in the list of poor nations in the world. I want to appeal to us---"
