If you change your Kenyan citizenship to another foreign country, you cease to be a Kenyan citizen at that moment. If you want to come to Kenya and invest, then you must follow the same channels. However, it is expected that those athletes have families here in Kenya. Therefore, it becomes much more easier for them to invest here because they can do it through their families."
