    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I request the Minister to focus particularly on three things. One, on the status of the concessioning process of the former Kenya Railways (KR) given the many court cases that are facing the new RVR in Uganda. Secondly, the guaranteeing and protecting of the public interest in the former KR given the fact that, some of the properties and interests of the workers are still not yet clearly guaranteed. Finally, the status of the efficiency of the RVR in service delivery given the fact that, thousands and thousands of containers destined for the market in Uganda have been compounding at the Port of Mombasa thereby, frustrating the transaction of business in the East African region."
