The Clerk-at-the-Table has made it clear that, according to the rules, Members of this 482 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES April 10, 2007 Parliament cannot be represented by more than two Members. So, we were limited by the rules of the Africa and Caribbean Pacific ( ACP). He has clarified that only two of our colleagues were able to go to Kibera on that mission. The rules say that we cannot be represented by more than two Members."
