    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I have already said so much about the Joint Parliamentary Assembly (JPA) and without engaging in repetitions, I beg to move the following Motion:- THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Sixth ACP Assembly and the 12th Joint Parliamentary Assembly, which were held in Bridgetown, Barbados, from 15th to 23rd November, 2006. I would now like to focus on the ACP Assembly, and state that the assembly was formally created in April, 2005, in Bamako, Mali."
