    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to ask the Minister for Local Government the following Question by Private Notice. (a) Is the Minister aware that tap water serving approximately 100 flats and bungalows in Zimmerman Estate, Kasarani, has been contaminated with sewerage effluent from septic tanks, causing serious health hazard to the residents, students and teachers of Rainbow and Totos Academies and St. Marks Catholic Church? (b) How will the affected residents be compensated for the money spent in form of hospitalization fees in both private and public hospitals? (c) When is the problem likely to be settled once and for all?"
