    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to thank the Minister for what he has tabled. I made a contribution last week but it is good that he has tabled the list because that matter is getting politicised for nothing. I hope that list shows what has happened in this country for the last five years. It also shows how people have come into the Public Service and parastatals progressively. I think that should be the answer. There is no need to pre-empt debate before looking at that list in detail."
