    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. On 27th October, 2010, in an answer to Question No.479 given by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance in respect of unpaid pensions to Mr. Earnest Obwocha and Harrison Buyuka, the Deputy Prime Minister indicated to the House that he will comply with the ruling of the court. The matter was then put to rest. Since then, I have tried many times to have the payments effected as it was promised by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance. To date, they have not done so. I referred the matter to the Implementation Committee which wrote to you indicating that the matter be brought back to your attention for further orders. I see the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance here and he is listening to me."
