    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I stand to seek a Ministerial Statement from the Minister of State for Administration and National Security. This is with regard to the infamous Marsabit Air Crash which killed many of our brothers, a District Commissioner and a pilot. It is now a year since that incident happened and the people of Kenya have not been told what caused that accident. We are planning a commemoration ceremony to mark that event on Tuesday, 10th April, 2007. It will be unfair for the family members, constituents and the public at large to commemorate that event without knowing what caused that accident."
