    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the issue at hand is very serious. We are talking about 100 plus Kenyans, who have lost their lives. We are talking about 10,000 plus students who have not gone to school for the last one year. We are talking about thousands who do not have a roof on their heads. What happens is that instead of the Government going to provide humanitarian service to the people, it has gone there to burn their houses."
