I do not see that, that intervention is opportune at the point at which you have raised it, because the Minister had already moved a Motion; the stage we are going to is the secondment of the Motion. The Minister is asking for a given quantum of money for his Ministry. In fact, he is asking for the second lot to make 100 per cent. So, if you had objections to the Motion, then I would have expected that you would have raised them before the Minister actually moved the Motion. Now what you can do is carry that in your contribution and urge the House to give the Minister more money. That is what you can do, quite honestly and frankly."
