    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. This was a very simple request. I happened to be in charge of this sector several years back and I know that the cost of accidents can be attributed to three factors in the following percentages: 9 per cent, the condition of the road; 8 per cent, the condition of the vehicle; and 83 per cent, the condition of the driver. Mr. Speaker, Sir, roads are under the Ministry of Roads and Public Works; vehicles are under the Ministry of Transport; and the condition of the driver is the responsibility of the Traffic Police. However, there is a Road Safety Committee which falls under the Ministry of Transport. Could the Minister tell us how he has focused on the condition of vehicles the way hon. Michuki had brought sanity in this sector?"
