    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, as I speak now, I know that this has not been factored in the Revised Estimates, the so-called Corrigenda and I would like to urge the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and Ministry of Finance to treat this item as a matter of urgency, as we move forward in the formulation of the Supplementary Estimates, which we expect to come to this House sometime this year. This will ensure that the majority of children who are poor and happen to be found in our public schools also acquire quality education."
