    "content": " Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. In making my contribution to this Motion, there are two things that I want to mention and discuss. Over the recent past, a very important exercise has been going on around East Africa. A very public debate has been going on about the future of East Africa and political sense in the key members of East African Community; about where we are taking our country. In the past, Kenyans have expected and looked to this National Assembly for a sense of political leadership and guidance on critical steps towards the regional integration."
