    "content": " Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, for giving me this chance to add my voice to the Presidential Address to this House on 20th March, 2007. The Presidential Address dwelled on the achievements of the NARC Government since 2003. These achievements are well known to Kenyans. Kenyans are happy and they feel there is need for more achievements in various sectors. The Presidential Address was only short of one or two items that the Government was not able to tell Kenyans. Firstly, there is the issue of the Kshs400 million that is allocated to the Ministry of Lands and Settlement for the purposes of settling squatters in this country."
