    "content": "Order, hon. Members! As I said, I have a list of hon. Members who are interested in contributing to this Motion. I will exhaust this list first before I make further additions. The list will be in the following manner:- On my right there will be Mr. Kagwe, Mrs. Ngilu, Mr. Mwancha, Mr. Arungah, Ms. Ndung'u, Mr. Gachagwa. On my left there will be Mr. Sirma, Eng. Okundi, Mr. Chepkitony, Mr. Marende, Mr. Omamba, Mr. Khamisi and Mr. Oparanya. Any other hon. Member interested to join the list should present his or her name to the Clerk-at-the Table. Mr. Sirma!"
