    "content": "I want to point out that the Motion, as it stands today--- We need to quickly move and change the way we are doing things. I want to concur with hon. Mbadi, who said that this Motion was a little faulty. At this stage, we are in the Committee of Supply; we should be debating the Motion to grant funds to various Votes and not to withdraw them from the Consolidated Fund."
