    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am the most updated person about that road. The road divides my farm into two. Possibly, the Minister needs to be briefed on the progress of work on that road. For the last two weeks, the contractor has not been working. Therefore, I am very serious about that issue. He needs to check on that. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would like to revisit the issue that was raised by my colleague, Mr. Muite, yesterday. As much as this Government is talking about an economic growth of 5.8 per cent, if you check on the market capitalization for the last two weeks, Kenyans have lost over Kshs20 billion in the stock exchange. That reduces the 5.8 per cent on a GDP of Kshs750 billion to negative. We really need to check on that because there are certain people who are stealing from Kenyans."
