Members making computers available in their constituencies when computers are held at the Port of Mombasa by the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) when, in fact, the law says they should come in duty-free? Is he aware of that? Is he in order to mislead the House when it is the same Government which is holding computers donated for schools in this country at the Port of Mombasa?"
