First, I want to indicate that this Ministry is seriously underfunded and ways must be found to increase the Vote of this Ministry. I want to thank the Minister for Medical Services, the Assistant Minister, hon. Kambi, the Permanent Secretary, Ms. Ngare and the staff for doing a credible job at the Ministry."
