    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the pyrethrum industry has been at crossroads for a long time. But I wish to thank the Minister for issuing a statement the other day that he will release about Kshs900 million to pay pyrethrum farmers. I also hope that he will seek more funding. That is because even after paying the farmers, the industry still needs more money for farmers to improve their production. There are so many farmers who uprooted their crops. The Government should assist them to increase their crop cover. However, I want to know from the Minister what investigations he is talking about. Some of the Board members who were sent home were elected by the farmers. I want to know that because the Board is also constituted by officers from Government departments---"
