    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, under Section V of the Act, the Minister is given the discretion to revoke appointment of any of the directors and exclude others. In my wisdom, the Chairman was appointed late last year and he has not been part of the intrigues in the Board. I, therefore, retained the Chairman and he will be joined by other directors who I will appoint and those who will be recommend to me under the arrangements that I am going to make."
