    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Minister did not give the reasons why the directors were sent home. He has not disclosed what investigations have revealed as to the crime they committed. As you have heard, some of the people have been left yet they have been sitting in this Board. Could the Minister tell us why the directors who were elected by the farmers are the only ones who are going home and the whole Board is not being dissolved? Some of the people who are serving in the Board have been appointed by the Minister. Could we know why all of them are not being sent home and the reasons why some were sent home?"
