    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I will give the reasons because I have given the other reasons. The reason why I felt that the Board needed to be investigated thoroughly, without the infringement of the directors, is that late last year, we were made to understand that there was to be pyrethrin worth Kshs1.2 billion. Early this year, the same pyrethrin had disappeared and farmers had not been paid. So, we requested for investigations to be carried out so as to verify the information and, therefore, take the necessary action. To pave way, I decided to remove the Board, except the Chairman.
