    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would like to thank the Minister for, at least, promising the farmers that they will be paid by tomorrow. However, the Minister comes from a maize-growing region. He knows that when he goes home, farmers are really suffering. Bearing in mind that the rains have come, farmers cannot even prepare their land; so they are really in trouble. What has caused the Ministry or the Board to wait until farmers have delivered maize, from January to 26th March, 2007, yet they have not been paid? Where was this money that they are now paying after a Question has been asked?"
