    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, last year, we gave seed maize to farmers in Eastern and Coast provinces worth Kshs200 million. That is part of the bumper harvest and we intend to do the same this year. However, it must be in selected areas. We cannot do that throughout the country because the cost is enormous and we will be overreaching ourselves."
