    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the answer by the Minister was good, but I would like to inform him that farmers have been discouraged because they have been travelling for long distances looking for money. During the last Session, I asked him a Question and told him that there was no National Cereals and Produce Board (NCPB) depot in Baringo North where we can sell our maize. People travel long distances looking for money which they do not get. I do not know whether this money is only localised to particular areas, which we know are always favoured."
