    "content": "This is a rare disease that affects children at birth. They are born with water in their heads. This condition is treatable but unfortunately, it has not been catered for in this Budget. I do not know what we can do so that it can be included. I also want to talk about supply of drugs. In remote areas in the countryside, those who supply drugs do not get there in good time. So, the poor people in the countryside do not receive the drugs and they end up dying. With those remarks, I support the Motion."
