"content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, the second issue is the shortage of drugs. This is a real problem and a big challenge to this nation. I recall that when we were young, hardly could you hear that we missed drugs in our hospitals. At that time, you could go to hospital and you know that this is a drug from the Government of Kenya because it was engraved. The day the engraving was removed is when a lot of shortage started being witnessed in this country. Could the Minister consider reintroducing the same so that we can know that the drugs we buy from the chemists are not from the Ministry?"
