    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, KEMSA was also taken to task today with regard to how they provide drugs to our health facilities. Indeed, we too have accepted this shortcoming and rather than continue relying on the pull-push system whereby we have standard health kits going to facilities across the board nationally, we are going to have the pool system where facilities will demand drugs according to their needs and they will be supplied on time. This cannot work unless the enterprise resource programme at the KEMSA works properly because this must be managed in a computerized system rather than relying on a system based on human beings which is full of human error."
