    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, in the 2005/2006 Financial Year, Kshs800 million was allocated for bursary. In this current financial the same amount has been allocated for bursary. This Question talks about the Rift Valley Fever which is currently affecting our livestock. The amount 198 PARLIAENTARY DEBATES March 28, 2007 of money being allocated is the same regardless of the fact that this year there was an outbreak of Rift Valley Fever and yet the Assistant Minister says they are doing something now. Will the Ministry allocate more funds under the supplementary budget to take care of this problem of the Rift Valley Fever?"
