    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Assistant Minister seems to be taking us round in circles. This Question is specific. It is about the RVF. This is something that has happened. Could the Assistant Minister tell this House what he has done to children in regions affected by the RVF? These children are at home. For example, Marakwet District was affected by the RVF. I went to the mass media to draw his attention to this issue. Children are at home because we are not able to sell our livestock to get school fees. What has he done to ensure that children in these regions are retained in school as he looks for the money?"
