So, the reconsideration takes a bit of time. Supplementary intakes are part of the effort to take account of this. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would like to say, though, that as Members, we need to be innovative. We have done this in several constituencies. As you wait for bursary money, it is possible to write letters to Principals of schools to ask them not to expel children from Form One as they await allocation of bursary money to them. Often, this is respected."
