Where hospitals already exist, they must be rehabilitated to the standard of Kisii District Hospital, Mama Lucy Kibaki District Hospital and Kericho District Hospital. Migori District Hospital is also coming up in the same way. If we do this, many problems that our Members of Parliament are raising will be a thing of the past. However, as my dear friend, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance knows, we require resources, and this House must vote these resources. As a Ministry, we must also work with partners to raise these resources to respond to the needs of our nation and issues of lack of Intensive Care Units (ICUs) and so on, will be a thing of the past."
