I was appointed the Minister for Environment and Natural Resources, which I declined because it was a departmental entity. That does not necessarily mean that the Government should now employ people from one region. We are talking about equitable distribution of appointments. Let us consider other tribes also. That is what we have been saying. You know, this hon. Member was also in the Nyayo torture chambers!"
